The Different Fridge Trailer Hire Services Available

We have two different types of refrigerated trailers for hire, a small, 2.4m model and a large 3.0m model. Like our freezer trailers for hire, both mobile fridge trailers come with integrated shelves, internal light, lockable doors, and all the cables necessary to keep the fridge trailer running.

Our mobile fridge trailers can be powered up either by getting plugged into the power grid or into a power generator. So no matter if you’re in the city center or are in a completely remote location in rural UK, our trailers can provide you with reliable cold storage for your goods.

What is included in the refrigerated trailer hire cost?

The quote you receive based on your requirements will include the delivery and collection of the fridge trailer from your site, the installation, as well as all the cables, tools, and equipment necessary to make the most out of the newly hired trailer.

What power supply is needed to power up the fridge trailer?

If you have access to the power grid, you’ll need to plug the trailer in using a 13 AMP 3-pin socket or a 16 AMP C-form socket. In case you don’t have access to the power grid, you can use a power generator to power up the trailer.

Where can the fridge trailer be put?

Our chiller trailers can be parked up both indoors and outdoors. Where you want your fridge truck rental to be parked up and installed is completely up to you. With that said, it needs to be within 20m of the power supply or power generator you plan on using to power up the trailer.

Can the trailer be moved around after it’s installed?

Unlike our cold rooms for hire, which are installed and fixed to the ground, our fridge and freezer trailers are on wheels, meaning they can be moved around. With that said, please contact us before you tow it to avoid damage.
